• Personal details: Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, country of residence, passport/ID number (for travel arrangements).
• Health and medical information: Current and past medications, mental health history, allergies, dietary requirements, previous experience with plant medicine, and any other information you provide in your application form.
• Payment information: Only processed through secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer). We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
• Communication data: Emails, WhatsApp messages, and inquiry forms.

• Evaluating your suitability and safety for participation in Ayahuasca or Master Plant Diet retreats.

• Retreat owners and administrative staff.
• Shaman Demetrio, Sergio, and trained facilitators (for medical and ceremonial safety).

We never sell, rent, or share your personal or health data with marketers or unrelated third parties.

5. Data Storage & Security

• Digital files are stored on encrypted servers (Google Workspace & secure cloud backup).
• Physical documents are kept in a locked office in Iquitos and destroyed after 5 years.
• All team members sign strict confidentiality agreements.

6. Retention Period

We retain your application and health data for 5 years after your last retreat for safety follow-up and in case you return. After this period, data is permanently deleted or anonymized.

You have the right to:

• Access, rectify, or delete your personal data.
• Withdraw consent at any time (though this may prevent participation).
• Request a copy of your data in portable format.
