Master Plant Diets

Our Master Plant Diet Retreat Offerings

These 8- and 12-day retreats are designed to explore the traditional uses, therapeutic properties, and cultural context of sacred plants used in Amazonian medicine, including ayahuasca (Banisteriopsis caapi), chiric sanango (Brunfelsia grandiflora), cumaceba (Swartzia polyphylla), ajo sacha (Mansoa alliacea), copaiba (Copaifera spp.), chuchuhuasi (Maytenus krukovii), cat’s claw (Uncaria tomentosa), ipururu (Alchornea castaneifolia), and manayupa (Desmodium adscendens).

Through personalized master plant diets, ceremonial practices, and an immersive experience in the Amazon rainforest, Sergio shares knowledge rooted in the Achuar tradition (Jivaroan linguistic family), aimed at supporting processes of emotional, physical, and spiritual renewal. During the retreat, participants explore the cultural context of each plant, its traditional applications, and its possible practical uses, gaining valuable knowledge both for personal well-being and for therapeutic or professional fields.

This retreat is particularly intended for individuals interested in Amazonian ethnobotany, traditional medicine, and developing a deeper connection with the plant wisdom of the Amazon.
